Parking Crew
Pull into the parking lot and one of our
friendly Parking Crew members will give you a wave, and if you need
help finding a spot, they’ll direct you. Feel free to ask them
questions about where to go next. And if it’s raining, and you forgot
an umbrella, they’ll provide one to get you to the lobby.
Greeters
Head for the lobby and someone will
probably say hello. Our greeters are friendly without being
overbearing. Grab a fresh cup of coffee, and make your way over to
the Welcome and Information Center desk.
Welcome/Information Center
A friendly staff member will greet you and
provide a guest information packet with facility map and other things
you’ll need to know. If you have children, the Welcome Center staff
will direct you to the Children’s ministry counters where you can
check in the kids for All-Stars (preschoolers) and Wired (gradeschoolers).
Ushers
As you enter the auditorium, one of our
ushers will provide you with a bulletin, and help you find a seat, or
you can seat yourself if you prefer.
Welcome Card
Please take time to fill out a welcome
card. We’re glad you came and would love to know you’ve been here.
We’d also be happy to pray for you. In fact if there’s anything you’d
like us to pray for, just write it on the back of the Welcome card in
the space provided, There are also places to check for more
information or needs you may have. Drop the card in the offering
basket when it comes by, and you’re done!
And by the way, when you first visit, don’t feel
any obligation to put money in the offering. As our guest, we’d
rather that today you simply participate in the worship.
Finally, someday you may become part of SCC, and
you’d like to help other new people feel welcome. Our First Touch
teams are always glad to add new friends to their group. If that
sounds like you, contact Pastor Gordon Everett and he’ll get you in
touch with the right leader. Email Gordon at
geverett@snocommchurch.org.
